Eosohwan, or Goshomaru in Japanese, is a term referring to the Gimhae porcelain tea bowl a Japanese military officer presented to his daimyo (feudal war lord), Toyotomi Hideyoshi, during the Imjin Waeran, the seven-year war between Korea and Japan started by the Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592. The name was actually taken from the name of the ship that carried the bowl from Gimhae to Osaka.
