On this tour of Seoul, you can discover both modern and traditional Korea including museums, temples, traditional markets and of course, shopping. After you have breakfast at your hotel, the Seoul half-day tour begins. The first stop on the tour is the presidential residence of Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House), then you will visit Gyeongbok Palace. Built in 1395, Gyeongbok Palace remained the core nucleus of autocratic rule through much of the Joseon Dynasty (on Tuesdays, when Gyeongbok Palace is closed, you will visit Deoksu Palace instead). |
|
Lastly you will visit Insadong, a neighborhood renowned for its quaint shops where you can find antiques, traditional Korean goods, and then depart for Incheon International Airport or on to your next destination. |
