"I just received my Celedon pottery from South Korea. The middle one is the one I just received this morning. It is reminiscent of one I brought back from Korea almost 50 years ago. That one was about the same size, but became damaged, was repaired and then went away during the divorce, almost 40 years ago. I finally have a replacement. Finally, I could afford to purchase the new one. These can be very pricey. The design goes back as much as a thousand years ago during the Goryeo Dynasty. It is famous for the cranes. You can see them if you look closely. The next tallest one was acquired some time ago. It is a more modern design, therefore not as pricy. The smallest one I acquired a number of years ago and has a flower design. All of these are works of art and are signed as such. I acquired the new one from Antique Alive in Seoul. I was originally going to get the medium size, but after I made the order, they contacted me about getting the largest size, since they were out of the mid-sized that I had ordered. They made me a deal I could not refuse. They also sent it to me via UPS Express, so I had it very quickly. I am very satisfied, and I will try to visit the retail store when I am in Seoul this fall. Another item marked off my bucket list."
