This celadon decorative ceramic vase is embellished with freely flying cranes and fully-bloomed chrysanthemums inlaid with white and black slips as well as red-copper paint. The inlaying technique was introduced in the art of ceramic for the first time by Korean potters in Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392) and it was an increasingly-important achievement in the world's ceramics history.
